BUSINESS TASK MANAGER

WHAT YOU'LL DO:🔢

Project Management:

• Oversee, manage and/or support various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Your organizational and communication skills will be key assets.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously identify, suggest and implement improvements in cross-functional teams to streamline our country operations and enhance their efficiency. Your business understanding and logical thinking is of essence here.

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic financial and business plans. Your strategical thinking and excellent interpersonal skills can be demonstrated.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely within our diverse international teams, building strong relationships and fostering a culture of respect, cooperation and excellence. Your interpersonal, language and learning skills will be challenged.

Data Analysis:

• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and help shape the future of PRO.MED.CS. Your logical thinking and analytic skills will be employed.
  
  

OUR EXPECTATIONS:💯

• University degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in business management, project and/or process management, or a related role, pharma experiences are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills in Czech, English and Russian and excellent interpersonal experiences in intercultural teams.
• Passion for the healthcare industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% monthly
