PHARMACOVIGILANCE SPECIALIST

WHAT YOU WILL DO?🔢

• Perform systematic monitoring of worldwide and Czech scientific and medical literature for identification of potential safety reports
• Search EudraVigilance, EMA Medical Literature Monitoring database and other validated databases for identification of potential safety reports
• Work with drug safety management software; processes Individual Case Safety Reports collected from various sources on a daily basis
• Provide full support to Local Persons for Pharmacovigilance in monitoring of local scientific and medical literature
• Provide the service of a Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance in the Czech Republic
• Co-ordinate pharmacovigilance activities on designated territories; provide full support to Local Persons for Pharmacovigilance, checks the quality of work in the territories, propose corrective and preventive actions in case of poor-quality work and checks implementation
• Keep information on medicinal products up to date in the EEA database
• Participate on pharmacovigilance audits/inspections conducted by worldwide regulatory authorities and business partners
• Prepare and update quality control documents, i.e. Standard Operating Procedures and operational guidelines

YOUR IDEAL PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE:🚀

• Master’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, health related disciplines or life sciences
• Experience in similar position is an advantage
• Written and spoken English, other foreign language is a bonus
• Computer skills with proficiency of MS Office Applications, database entries
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, ability to multitasks
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Result and solution oriented (strong decision-making and problem-solving skills), excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team and with internal departments
• Liaison and cooperation with external partners, flexibility to adapt business partner’s priorities
