Business Controller

IN THIS POSITION YOU GET TO: 🔢

• collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and key metrics.
• act as a trusted finance advisor and promote financial understanding within the organization.
• supporting management in investment planning, execution, and benefit realization regarding the expansion program
• be a key member in the manufacturing units management team
• leading the manufacturing unit Business Controlling team and supporting the team’s professional development
• analyze financial performance, manufacturing costs, and product costs.
• perform product and manufacturing costing analysis.
• execute business controlling tasks as defined.
• prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L, B/S, Cash Flow, and key performance indicators.
• facilitate planning and forecasting processes.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE: 💯

• degree in finance/business field (or equivalent)
• proven experience from a similar position in the production company
• fluent in Czech and English
• SAP ERP (FICO) and BI knowledge is a must
• advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
• excellent analytical and communication skills, coupled with the ability to build trust and collaboration among business leaders/stakeholders
• good organizational, process planning, and change management skills
